Sometimes you don't need to eliminate features or areas just because, that in the zone, in which they should be located, there's little space. You can get one place to play different functions, using folding furniture or other resources. For example, a bedroom may contain a small study. Some tables can be folded against the wall and pulled out, unfolding the support arm. In other words, the top can hang vertically on the wall and take up no space, when not in use. Various factory fitted furniture (which can also be made to measure) they include a bed and a study area in one module with two different heights: the bed is set on the surface of the desk or in place, in which you can put a wardrobe or chest of drawers.
Some food kitchens include bars, which can act as a dining table with the addition of stools, or islands, where the tops can be pulled out from one end, to sit down for a meal. Means, that they work like a breakfast bar, but they can be hidden, when it is not required. If the table does not fit in the living room, you can use a coffee table equipped with a system, which raises it to the height of the sofa and creates an improvised table.
